Complaint Process
Complaint Process
The following text describes the process for handling internal disputes between supergroup members and complaints from supergroup members. Questions or comments regarding this process should be directed to an Avatar or emailed to Miss Dale at:
No complaint or dispute is considered too small. And I urge you to use this process and to lodge complaints, at the very least just to vent to another team member and blow off steam. Listening is a key part of being a higher ranking member and no Avatar or Magistrate should ever turn down accepting a complaint, and if they do you should probably complain about them too

The following was prepared by Miss Dale and edited by Starmaster:
Any and all complaints should be directed to an Avatar or Magistrate at the time of occurance if possible. The Supergroup Membership page contains a list of Avatars and Magistrates.
If a Magistrate is contacted they should handle the situation as best as they can and later direct the matter to an Avatar or email to Miss Dale (see above).
If an Avatar has a complaint, they should contact a fellow Avatar to discuss the matter. If an Avatar is not available they should contact a Magistrate.
Avatars and Magistrates must recuse themselves from handling any and all complaint related matters that directly involve themselves. This includes not using their ability to kick or demote as an immediate solution.
Also please note any teammates whose names are provided as part of lodging a complaint may be contacted as deemed necessary.
After investigation of a complaint some or all of the involved parties may receive warnings.
Depending on the severity of the complaint and if deemed necessary some or all of the involved parties may be put on a probationary status.
A stream of continual warnings directed toward a member within a short timespan (example: you get 3 or more warnings within 2 months) may lead to probation.
You may or may not be told that you are on probation, that decision will be made by the Avatar that ultimately handles the complaint.
Ejection from the supergroup is considered to be a last resort and is not a step that will not be taken lightly. We never want any matter to reach the point of us having to do this. However, if a person continually ignores warnings or violates rules or continues to be disruptive during their probation it will be strongly considered.
