Just a shot of some of the computer display screens in the volcano base of the council. Notice the second screen on the left, it's a map of Lake Michigan and shows Wisconsin and Michigan. The map clearly shows some marks (secret bases maybe??) at the cities of Madison, Wisconsin and Gaylord, Michigan. I wonder what the Council is up to over there?
