TweakCoH v1.6.0.0 (03/03/2005)

A new version of TweakCoH, v1.6.0.0 is up. You can find it at:

- New demo playback features, including the ability to set a Windows Explorer file association for .cohdemo files.

- New information and settings such as Installer Language, Sound Playback, Reverse Mouse Buttons, and Enable Joystick.

- Update settings ranges to match changes to the CoH client.

- URLs will now launch in your default browser

- Now not only ping/tracert the Auth Server, but know its name resolution ahead of time (differs from live to test). You can also now ping/tracert cohupdate.coh.com. Please note, ping and tracert functionality is limted due to ICMP message blocking on CoH servers.

- Adjusted upper and lower limits of several settings to match in game changes

- URLs clicked will now launch default browser rather than just Internet Explorer

- On "Basic" tab added: "Installer Language"

- On "Basic" tab renamed "Auth Server IP" to "Servers"

- "Servers" is a pulldown containing the name resolved Auth Server (different for live and test), and cohupdate.coh.com

- "ping" and "tracert" buttons will now ping and tracert to the server selected in the "Servers" pulldown

- Renamed "Sound" tab to "Misc"

- On "Misc" tab added: "Sound Playback". Can be set to "Performance" or "Compatibility"

- On "Misc" tab added: "Enable Joystick" checkbox

- On "Misc" tab added: "Reverse Mouse Buttons" checkbox

- Added "Demo How To" tab and moved demorecord directions to this tab

- On "Demo" tab added: "Display Mode" can be set to "Fullscreen" or "Windowed"

- On "Demo" tab added: "Display Resolution" can be set to a fixed or custom display resolution (not all resolutions are guaranteed to work, so choose wisely)

- On "Demo" tab added: "Frames Per Second" (defaults to 30 fps which is video standard fps)

- On "Demo" tab added: "Disable Text" allows the user to turn off text messages during demo playback

- On "Demo" tab added: "Dump to Files" can be set to JPG (JPEG) or TGA (Targa) for getting demo screendumps

- On "Demo" tab added: "Set File Association" uses all demo settings (except for "Dump to Files") to create a file association in Windows Explorer. This will allow a user to be able to double click a demo file in Windows Explorer and have it automatically play
