Ever since the success of Ultima Online and Everquest, I have been waiting for AD&D to release an ongoing online MMORPG. If I have HALF as much fun doing that as Ive had with Temple of Elemental Evil and City of Heroes, I will definitely maintain an account.

I won't get my hopes up to this game the reason are as simple as this, Being a person that have played pen and paper D&D for a few years now (5 years and going been a DM on and off for 2 years)
Because of that picturing my own imagination towards an online game won't be possible but still I hope it will turn into a great game where people roleplay don't run around like this "omgz giave me gold plzz" (typos with intention) anyways looks good so far but who knows what the future will bring to this game

From the article I read, they may be shooting for a Fall release (iin time for Christmas of course). I have registered for the forums and starting to follow the Forum postings. They appear to be entering the Alpha phase of the project now.

Any idea on release? I was reading about D&D in the Atari newsletter I get, it sounded like it was ready, while the websites suggest not. hrmm
