And at this Desk you can buy Insp as well as Temp powers. Each section also is named for a precious stone. To the left is the Topaz section. The stairs lead to the area from which you stage to join Arena games. A kiosk is locate there which is similar to the leader board kiosk in the game. From the you select the match from which you wish to enter.

Did you get a pic of that crazy lady selling powers? Her model was all mangled - spindly hands and other strange things. I tried to take pictures but screenshots don't work for me on test.
