Altitis Strikes

This idea has been bouncing around in my head since Beta but never saw the light of day because of being pre-occupied with Maq. I finally created the character so I could check out some of the concerns Circ has about the Ice Armor. He is on Justice (possibly a new sidekick for Quinn) and his name is The Bumbul Snowman.
