Just a guess on the name change
The Marvel lawsuit, and the fact that Marvel Comics has a very minor character they have used named Bastion who was an android. My guess is that they don't to give Marvel any ammunition to be used against them is it ever winds up in court.

Does that mean since he is listed as Positron, the Positron fig is an automatic collectible since he is no longer known as Positron?
