New version of TweakCoH...

I've got version 1.7.0.0 of TweakCoH up on the TweakCoH website.

Most important changes are that I no longer launch command prompt windows but rather filter into my own windows for command line output so that it can be cut and pasted into the forums or saved as a text file.

Also there's now a diagnostics tab based on observations I've made in the forums.

Personally I don't understand why anyone bothers to run the "DNS Client" service (the culprit of the Flush DNS problem so many people seem to post about), I personally have it disabled on my machine as its a 100% not necessary service. DNS servers are designed to take load, there's no reason to have a localized DNS cache like that.

That said full control of the service is provided, including setting it to Auto/Manual/Diabled, and Start/Stop of the service, and then display or flush the cache.

Also a bunch of other common things like connection testing are on the diagnostics page.

Haven't made an official announcement just yet about it, that will come tomorrow (as I'm still updating the website info), but I figured you guys could get a head start.

- Added “DNS Client Tools� which allow you to control the “DNS Client� (“Dnscache�) service on your system, including enabling/disabling, starting/stopping, and displaying/flushing your DNS cache

- Added “Eula Web Page� to the “Basic� tab

- Changed “Launcher Web Page� and “Eula Web Page� from buttons to combo boxes that will list core web pages, as well as registry set web pages (including localized versions). All known versions will be listed in the respective combos and can be selected and then displayed in the default browser using the corresponding “View� button

- Added “Suppress Extra Player FX� to the “Graphics� page

- Slight layout changes to most tabs
