SG Base Rent change finally coming.

The SG rent change is in the patch that hit the test server today. 8x8 plots pay NO rent. And they are going to be having a double XP (and Prestige) week-end after this patch rolls out. That will give us a chance to earn a lot of Prestige and finally snazzy up the bases.

Its about time they did that. Hopefully they'll drop some of the prestige costs soon as well.
