Okay, it is a game. Right?
Anybody play?
We are about to go to the local field and try our luck.
I haven't played in years, but have been really itching to.

I think I used to play with Spyders. Funny I can't remember the name of the gun/marker with certainty.
lol, that's funny
You should try getting hit by them in the winter time in GA. The paintballs, not a boyfriend
Marker is the paintball gun :
Marker is the paintball gun
The origin of Paintball Markers comes form when they were used to mark cattle.
I am sure that the origin of Paintball goes something like this...
Scene: Two dudes on a cattle ranch...
Billy Bob: "Hey Slim, watch where your pointing that thang... Your supposed to be marking the cattle, not me."
Slim: "Oh yea?"
Slim shoots Billy Bob with the marker
Billy Bob: "Oww Slim, that there thang hurts."
Billy Bob shoots Slim with his marker.
Paintball is born.
And as for the bruises, yep. I know what your talking about.
And they look neat too. Kinda like a bullseye. Mine always had a ring that wasn't bruised within the bruise.
If you haven't played in years, you should check out the paintball sites online.
Wow, things have come a long way. (Over $1000 for some of the markers)

Wow... I haven't played in years. Remind me what a 'marker' is, please?
The only recommendation I can give you is wear good shoes, long camo pants and a somewhat thick top. But that's a opinion. A thin top means you'll be less hot but the painballs... I mean PAINTballs will hurt more.
My most memorable paintball story. I had an group meeting with my co-workers to leave my boyfriend.
"Jen you shouldn't put up with someone hitting you!"
Uh... these are Paintball marks!
Sad look: "You don't have to lie..."
