The AC character Circeus had the worst Wi-Flag outside of Wi himself, and I'd use it to his advantage. For example, when the Lugian Citadels first opened, in the Lithos room where everyone would stand in the hall by the main entrance I'd run in and head off to the far side of the room alone (secure in my uberness vs. Lithos) and any and all that spawn would run for me

Also one time we were outside of the portal to the Sub and waiting for someone to turn level 126 (hadn't seen it yet at the time). There were more than 100 PCs there portal storming in and out. I was dead center in the crowd almost, and every freakin' monster that spawned would b-line for me in the crowd and ignore everyone else.

I only me one other person who contended with me there. A friend named Brother Wraith. In the circular gigas room in the citadel he'd stand at one side and Circeus at the other. The lugians would bop Circeus once run to BW, bop BW once, run back to Circeus, wash rinse repeat.

I was in a small monarchy called The Milantos Tribesman. It is/was mostly made up of RL gaming buddies of mine although there are a couple of people we met in AC that are a part of it too. They cranked up Milantos for CoH and I stuck my Blaster alt in there with them. I had two mains in AC. My first was Archus Magi and the second (my favorite) was Blood Knight who was a Gharu Axer. He only had Item magic until just before I quit and he had a strong preference for dark red armor (hence the name).

Oh, forgot to mention that Blood Knight had the worst Wi Flag of anyone I ever encountered. Example - In one of the dungeons for the Helm of the Elements where you had to have two groups going through two different parts of the dungeon to open doors for each other, you first had to go to a big room that spawned Olthoi to get to the entrances. People used to hunt down there as it was great exp. Well as I'm waiting for everyone to get their act together so we can start the quest, these Olthoi keep spawning and would all attack ME. I finally put my back up against a wall so they had to go through my shield. This meant I was standing on the far side of the room next to one of the portals. The olthoi continued to spawn in the middle of the room and would proceed to physically shove other players out of their way so they could get to me. It would have been really funny but there were just enough of them to make it tough to survive hehe.

I played a little bit of AC2 earlier this year, but spent nearly three years in AC1 as Van Dyksun.

(Frost in his post missed that he was called Crazz in AC. We had a contest going between the two of us to see who could die the most. If only CoH kept such statistics!)

Geero, yes I believe after the AC2 servers merged that GoD was on TD. I didn't play AC2 live, but was on Vanguard for a while.

Frosty, Dale (my RL wife), myself and some others here come from a Harvestgain monarchy called the Guardians of Dereth.

Dale and I also met Dawn (Tech Know/R Tech) through AC at an ACPL. Dawn is Dawn Under, famous for feeding Bael'Zharon a twinkie.

If people want to know who I am, I'm the guy who got up on stage and presented some of the AC1/AC2 devs (srand, Payson, and Orion) with gifts on behalf of the Warcry staff -- yes I'm the one who crowned srand. Pics of that are here:
