Well apparently the mission arc...
Makes you fight him 3 times. I caught up in level with the person that had the missions and I helped her take him on again today. At even level with him, I could tank him pretty easily. I could never keep up on the damage side though. Each time we defeated him we had at least 2 blasters, a defender and me. Without the extra damage his Healing Flame power refreshes before you can finish him off.

You sure you are playing CoH? Could swear from the looks of that pic you are playing WoW or some other Fantasy genre MMO.
--Did someone say the Stay Puff Marshmallow Man is rampaging in Atlas Park? OMW and I'm bringing the Fire to toast 'im!

I was going to post my screen shots. But RL and CoH got in the way.

Fuzun also tried to take The Envoy on. I fired up 3 Enraged and 4 Luck Inspirations. During the fight I activated Dull Pain when I got done to around 1/3 of Health remaining. I then exiting the mission w/ clicking on "Mission Complete" when I had just a sliver of Heath left.
<p>
The fight lasted no more then 90-120 seconds. And he was healing his health faster then I could damage him going flat out w/ attacking.
