Avatar 80x80 hyperlink?

I made a animated .gif. However it's 78K and I'm unable to upload it. Can we have the ability to hyperlink to a large than 30K avatar?
<p>
If there's a reason such as avoiding a 1.2 meg police chase avatar (like on the COH offical boards) then I understand. Just wondering if it's permissable. =)<p>
