The Thing.
And as an a strong collector of the Fantastic Four I can tell you that what you see in the movie is more accurate to the history of the FF. That is how the Thing originally looked. Most of the FF did not complete their mutations until several years after they first gained their powers. This includes the Things molten form vs his brickface form.

No idea what his name are in english but I think they could have made him look more brick like..such as he are in the comic books the really old one I read left after my uncle and such.
In my opinion he looks like a slab of mud which has cracked when being in the oven =S
