Teaming

We are a very team oriented, mission oriented supregroup. This does not mean you can't solo, this means that we recongnize that many, if not all, on the team like to group. If you like to solo, that's fine too.

We try very hard to team everyone together, but we realize not everyone will get along. If you are in a team with someone you do not get along with and need a team, please contact an Avatar or Magistrate and we will work on getting you into another team. You should, if possible, wait until a mission is completed to do this.

If you can not find a team because the other supergroup teams are full and you do not wish to find a random pick-up team, please contact an Avatar or Magistrate and they will work to split one or more of the current teams to accomodate members who are looking for a team. Please understand you may have to wait until a current mission finishes.

If you are a team leader (the one with the * next to your name), then remember that you are in charge and the team is in your hands. If they split up and go in different directions on a mission its your fault. If you have a particular tactic you'd like to follow or you want to save all the blinkys (aka glowies) until the end of the mission then say so up front. You have to communicate to your team and tell them what you need from them. If you don't then you get what you ask for which is nothing.

Similarly if you're on a team and the mission is yours, and you'd like to be able to get all the blinkys yourself then please state as much up front, and I'm sure that people on your team will understand.

A team leader is responsible for keeping things moving, and making sure that everyone feels useful. There is nothing more boring for a player with a full bar of End and Health than to sit around and do nothing. If people on your team are using the newspaper emote every time you enter into a battle then you might want to consider changing your tactics.
